Abstract

In the present study binary mixtures of 1-propyronitrile-3-hexylimidazolium bromide [C2CN Him Br] with monoethanolamine (MEA) were prepared. The physical properties of these binary mixtures like density, refractive index were measured experimentally. Excess molar volumes (VE) were estimated from the experimental density data. Density and refractive index data was correlated as function of concentration and temperature simultaneously by using a polynomial equation.
